Classic Floral Creations is solely owned by Joyce Basel, who does almost all of the designing and creating herself. She says of herself that she is "not a florist, just a little old lady who likes to play with flowers" and she has been doing so for almost all her life. She prefers to customize the floral arrangements to meet the desires of the client, not copy something that has been done for someone else.
